Rudy Fuchs
Senior Tax Attorney
Professional Experience
Rudy Fuchs is a Tax Attorney for Talley, LLP. His practice focuses on estate and gift planning for high-net worth individuals and business owners.
Upon joining the Firm in 2005, Fuchs brought with him almost 25 years of professional experience, including several years collectively of broad tax experience in Big Four and regional public accounting firms. He has also worked in the corporate tax departments of public and privately held-companies and in private consulting, followed more recently by seven years in private legal practice with two local law firms in the areas of estate planning, tax, and business law including four years as a law partner.
A Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, Fuchs is also a member of the California State Bar and is certified as a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law by the State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and all courts of the State of California.

Karen Shiffman
Tax Attorney
Professional Experience
Karen Shiffman is a tax attorney for Talley, LLP. Her practice focuses on business formation, estate planning and succession planning.  She is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of professional experience, including nearly a decade in Big Four and regional public accounting firms. Prior to joining Talley in 2017, Karen was a sole practitioner attorney.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys traveling, hiking, watching football, and taking her dog to the dog beach.

Sherry Brooks
Legal Assistant
Professional Experience
Sherry Brooks is a legal assistant here at Talley, LLP. Her duties include: processing incorporations, corporate dissolutions, estate planning, responding to IRS notices on clients’ behalf, and assisting the tax department during tax season with  extensions and assembly of tax returns.
In her spare time, Sherry enjoys traveling, gardening, reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren. If not at Talley, Sherry would like to pursue more volunteer work.
Hannah Kennedy

Professional Experience
Hannah is an attorney at Talley. Hannah has experience with a wide array of business and corporate law transactions and litigation, including assisting attorneys with drafting shareholder and employment agreements, drafting legal memoranda, researching complex legal issues, and reviewing business and real property contracts, to name a few.

Hannah enjoys spending time with family, practicing yoga, traveling, and volunteering for organizations including Kingsfield Church and Orange County Women Lawyers Association.

Legal Operations Lead
Professional Experience
Ashley is the Legal Operations Lead for Talley and brings over 7 years of project management skills to the team. Her current responsibilities include owning day-to-day operational functions, such as managing project schedules within the Talley Law Group, resource allocation, and implementing process improvements. Ashley has primarily worked in the aerospace & metal manufacturing industry, as well as corporate defense law. Her specialty areas include operational improvement, process management, and interpersonal communications.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, travelling, going to concerts, and gaming.
