|Richard A. Pingul
|Richard serves Talley as a tax manager. With his combined 17 years experience in accounting and tax compliance, his responsibilities include all aspects of our tax return services, including individual, partnership, corporate, gift and trust returns.
Prior to his employment at Talley, Richard worked as an accounting manager at a privately-held business and as an accounting supervisor at the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Richard obtained his B.S. in Accountancy from the Pillippines School of Business Administration and is currently licensed as a CPA in both California and the Philippines. Richard is also a Certified Quickbooks Pro-Advisor and is active member of the California Society of CPAs (CALCPA) and the International Society of Filipinos and Finance and Accounting (ISFFA).

|Cindy Lim serves as one of the firm’s tax compliance managers. With over 20 years experience in public accounting, Cindy specializes in the research and development of tax-saving strategies for our clients. Her primary responsibilities also include staff management, professional development and workflow scheduling.|
|Prior to her employment at Talley, Cindy was a tax manager at a large national accounting firm and was responsible for training audit staff for tax preparation and review of income tax returns of all types.|
|Cindy obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and her Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.|
|Her current interests include: hiking and watching tennis matches.|
|Skyler Kressin serves the firm as a tax manager, and specializes in assisting clients with tax planning and compliance as components of their overall business strategy. His primary responsibilities also include staff management and research for the tax consulting side of the firm.|
|Prior to his employment at Talley, Skyler was a senior tax accountant at a small family firm in Irvine, CA.|
|Skyler is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Chapman University, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Taxation through the Villanova University School of Law.|
|He is a fourth generation Californian who lives in his hometown of Fullerton, CA with his wife and four children.|
|Chris Laub is a tax assistant here at Talley. In this vital capacity, she assists the tax department in many of its daily operations. Her primary responsibilities include maintaining the Tax Work in Process (WIP) and Trackker Due Date lists, as well as assisting in the e-filing and outsource processes. In addition to these tasks, she assists the legal department with tax notices and audits.|
|Chris is a Certified Paralegal and this background has prepared her for the variety of tasks she undertakes at Talley. When asked what she enjoys about working for the company, she replies that it is the opportunity she has to expand her knowledge of tax compliance. She was drawn to Talley because it is a solid and extremely professional company.|
|When she is not working, Chris enjoys spending time with her family. She has two grown daughters and five granddaughters, whom she loves to spoil. She is also a member of the Alter Guild at her church.|
|Sasha is a Tax Admin/Staff here at Talley. Her primary responsibilities include the preparation and review of tax returns, projections and other tax related projects for both individuals and business entities.|
|Prior to her employment at Talley, Sasha was an administrative assistant/ receptionist at a law office located in San Francisco.|
|In her free time, Sasha enjoys working out, including activities such as running and yoga. She also enjoys cooking, watching sports and spending time with her family, friends and significant other.|
|Jennifer is currently a Tax Senior at Talley. Her primary responsibilities include the preparation and review of tax returns, projections and other tax-related projects.
Jennifer has a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from California State University, Long Beach, and both a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Chapman University.
|Jennifer is a success story for Talley’s internship program; after impressing the tax department during her internship during her college years, Jennifer was hired onto our staff once she graduated.|
|In her free time Jennifer enjoys going to the beach or mountains, spending time with her husband and watching football.|
