Debbie manages all administrative services and firm operations for the Talley Group of Companies. Her specialty areas include strategic planning, operational improvement, profit enhancement and business process innovation.
Jane Wielenga
Professional Experience
Jane’s responsibilities involve processing and presenting financial information for the firm including monthly statements, budgets, payroll, and payables.

She brings a wealth of knowledge from her time as a financial consultant in a variety of industries including insurance, restaurants, retail, and non-profits. Prior to her employment at Talley, Jane was a staff accountant for one of the largest U.S. accounting and advisory organizations, and a controller at various manufacturing companies over the past 28 years.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton and in her spare time loves to spend time with her family, travel around the world, and scrapbook with the many pictures she takes.

Michael Ausman
Marketing Coordinator
Project Manager
Professional Experience
Michael is a marketing coordinator and project manager for Talley and has been with the company since 2011. Michael has over 10 years experience in sales support and marketing. His current responsibilities include the coordination of marketing initiatives for Talley LLP and its affiliates, the development & execution of print and digital marketing campaigns, as well as assisting the partner group with sales support.
Prior to working with Talley, Michael was employed as an accounting/administrative assistant to one of the largest law firms in California.

Michael’s current interests and hobbies include: working out, basketball, reading, and computers/technology.

David Nguyen
Chief Technology Officer
Professional Experience
As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Nguyen’s expertise in developing and building the technological infrastructure necessary to stimulate business growth makes him indispensable to Group 11 Advisors’ clients. With 15 years of experience, David not only understands today’s technology- driven business, but also knows how to deliver optimal solutions that fit the distinct needs of each business owner. His expertise is rooted in cloud-based technologies as well as software development and customization, which leads to the most efficient business operations. For smaller companies, the impact of customized software platforms can be astounding, as technology can level the playing field against larger business counterparts and their resources.
David’s business experience includes national and international companies within the manufacturing, distribution, textiles, and technology industries. With technology forming the backdrop for companies to attain maximum accuracy and efficiency in their financial reporting processes, Mr. Nguyen brings access to technological insights and applications to Group 11 Advisors and its clients that can drive the course of business.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the California State University, Long Beach
Kenny Luu
IT Support Technician
Professional Experience
Kenny is an integral part of our IT team and provides technical support and advice regarding problems related to the hardware and software systems. He also supports, configures, maintains, installs, and upgrades corporate IT equipment and ensures the security and efficiency of Talley’s IT infrastructure.

Kenny’s professional experiences involve seven years as an IT Specialist for the United States Navy and three years as an Electrical and Environmental Aircraft Technician for the United States Air Force. His educational background comes from the Naval basic and advance information technology school. His hobbies include spearfishing, scuba diving, snowboarding, off roading, and any other outdoor activities.

Leslie Pizzolato
Executive Assistant
Professional Experience
Leslie is the executive assistant to Andrew Talley and has been with Talley since 2014. Her additional responsibilities include both recruitment and benefits administration. Leslie brings with her a wealth of experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, management, communications and computer technology.
Prior to working with Talley, Leslie was an Executive Assistant at a company located in San Clemente, CA.
Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her certifications include Quickbooks and ProSeries. Leslie continues to renew her certification in Computer Repair & Technology since 1999.
In her spare time, Leslie volunteers for organizations such as Salvation Army, Orangewood Foster Home, and Saddleback Church Media Team.  She is passionate about music and family. She loves to camp, visit new places, go wine tasting, work out and surf with her husband.
Kaytlin MacArthur
Tax Admin

Kaytlin has over 7 years in tax administration experience, specializing in customer service, tax prep (CTEC, 2014), account receivable, multi-state assemblies, and more. At her previous firm, she was responsible for converting it to be a paperless office, all while being pleasant and energetic
Prior to working with Talley, Kaytlin was employed as a tax preparer and administrative assistant at CPA firm in the Orange County area.
In her spare time, Kaytlin enjoys spending time with her family and her younger sister.
Maria “Lupe” Martinez
Administrative Assistant
Professional Experience
Lupe is an integral member of the administrative staff at Talley. Her current responsibilities include billing and accounts receivable.
Prior to working at Talley, Lupe was an office manager for 8 years at a psychology practice.
In her off time, Lupe enjoys reading, and spending time with her husband and two lovely children.
Liz Champieux
Admin Assistant
Professional Experience
Liz Champieux serves Talley on a part-time basis as an Administrative Assistant. Liz’ primarily responsibilities include maintaining client files and archiving client records using the company’s electronic document management program. She also assists the administrative department in various ways as needs arise. Liz, whose husband Tom is also part of the Talley staff, joined the team in January of 2007 after helping to set up the scanning department at her previous place of employment.
When not at Talley, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown sons (Brandon, Justin and Andrew), and participating in activities that involve sun, sand and water, whether sitting on the beach, jet skiing, water skiing or house-boating. She also loves traveling to Vegas or to anywhere there’s a beach.
Roberta Jeske

Roberta’s primary responsibilities include answering phones, shipping & receiving, coordinating company events, assisting the partners day-to-day and supporting the billing department.
Lisa Jo
Administrative Assistant
Professional Experience
Lisa brings a wealth of experience in AP, customer service, collections, management, bookkeeping and tech from her experiences in fast-paced working environments. At her previous firm, she worked in the accounting department as a billing clerk and adapted to a continuously changing accounting system.

She appreciates structure and a good work life balance.  In her free time, she enjoys pursuing her passion for painting.

Colette Garcia
Sales and Marketing Assistant

Colette has experience with a variety of industries including marketing, human resources, retail, and social media. In her spare time, she enjoys being at the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Colette earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
