Sherry Brooks is a legal assistant here at Talley & Company. Her duties include: processing incorporations, corporate dissolutions, estate planning, responding to IRS notices on clients’ behalf, and assisting the tax department during tax season with things like extensions and assembly of tax returns.

Sherry has 2 children: a son Toby, 20, going to school and working for Jennings Racing building race car engines, and daughter Tracy, 23, who graduated UCLA in 2001 and is currently working at Pricewaterhousecoopers in Irvine.

In her spare time, Sherry enjoys traveling, gardening, and reading. If not at Talley & Company, Sherry says she would probably be doing volunteer work.
