Richard Pingul is a staff accountant here at Talley & Company. His primary responsibility is to prepare individual and corporate income tax returns and quarterly estimates for firm clients. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at the Philippine School of Business Administration in the Philippines, where he graduated Cum Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, has passed his Uniform CPA exam in the US and is in the process of completed the required hours to become a licensed CPA.

When asked why he enjoys working at Talley, Richard responds by saying that he enjoys the good working environment, opportunities for professional growth and the great spirit of teamwork among the employees. He also appreciates the chance to work close to his home in Tustin.

When not at work, Richard spends time building his faith, which is very important to him. He is actively involved in his church, where he attends Bible Studies twice a week in addition to worship services and other activities. He and his wife Arlene have a nine-year old son and are expecting their second child, a daughter, later this year.
