Rudy Fuchs is a Tax Attorney for Talley & Company. His practice focuses on estate and gift planning for high net worth individuals and business owners.
Upon joining the Firm in 2005, Fuchs brought with him almost twenty-five years of professional experience, including several years collectively of broad tax experience in Big 4 and regional public accounting firms, as well as having worked in the corporate tax departments of public and privately held companies and in private consulting, followed more recently by seven years in private legal practice with two local law firms in the areas of estate planning, tax and business law including four years as a law partner.

A Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, Fuchs is also a member of the California State Bar and is certified as a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law by the State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and all courts of the State of California.
