Maria "Lupe' Martinez is an administrative assistant here at Talley & Company. In this very important role, her job functions are multiple and varied. Among her primary responsibilities are reception duties, ordering food and office supplies, making direct deposits, coordinating employee benefits information and billing. When asked why she enjoys working for Talley & Company, Maria replies that it's "the number and variety of people I work with. I like the atmosphere, it's busy and everyone helps each other."

Before joining the Talley & Company team, Maria was busy studying architecture, in which she completed a two year degree program. Prior to that, she earned an AA degree in Liberal Arts.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys reading (her favorite book is Pride & Prejudice), going to the movies, building puzzles and watching the Angels on television or live. When she has a chance, she also enjoys visiting Mexico, which she considers a second "home." She and her husband, Leroy, currently reside in Phillips Ranch.
