The 11th Annual Talley & Company Stock Contest It is that time again...Time to kick off the 11th Annual Talley & Company Stock Contest!! Last year's contest was a bit of a mixed bag. Both the market, and our contestants, had a tough time generating positive returns. We had a few solid performances, but overall, most contestants suffered portfolio losses. But we're all back again. Will you rise to the top in 2010? Don't feel intimidated if you aren't a stock analyst. In the history of our contest there has only been one time where a financial professional took first place. In fact, in past years, top finishers have included attorneys, business owners, children and others from all walks of life. This contest will run from December 29th to April 15th, 2010. Look in each issue of Profit Ability throughout the contest to see if you made it as one of the top portfolios.

The 10th Annual Talley & Company Stock Contest Extended to February Although it was originally supposed to end Monday December 15, we have extended the 10th Annual Talley & Company stock contest to February 14, 2009 — Valentine's Day. We understand that everyone has been hit this year and our stock contest is no different. Right now, a lot of our contestants are in the red, so we are going to wait a couple of months and try to get a few more in the black. After all, we want to make a true contest out of this.
